About the RoleThe role of a Revenue Generation & Franchisee Developer involves driving sales growth by developing and managing a network of franchise partners. This includes optimizing existing franchisee performance, identifying new opportunities, and leveraging strong relationship-building skills within the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities- Franchise Network Development:
- Identify prospective franchise partners to expand business reach.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and negotiate franchise agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Revenue Growth:
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets through both direct sales and franchisee channels by implementing effective strategies and tactics.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective action plans as needed to maintain or improve sales figures.
- Franchisee Management:
- Onboard new franchisees with comprehensive product training and compliance guidelines to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
- Provide ongoing support—including regular visits, performance reviews, and coaching—to help franchisees meet their targets and achieve success.
- Market Intelligence:
- Collect competitor data, track market developments, and provide feedback insights to the regional sales head to inform strategic decisions.
- Recommend initiatives to capitalize on emerging market opportunities and drive business growth.
- Reporting & Administration:
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and franchisee performance reports to ensure informed decision-making.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams—marketing, supply chain, medical affairs—to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
