Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our mobile franchise, Jackpot Party Casino.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing tests on new features, tools, and game content to guarantee they meet exacting standards, particularly around high-impact areas.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively navigate complexity, identify risks quickly, and bring clarity to fast-paced scenarios.

We are looking for a proactive, meticulous QA professional who thrives in dynamic LiveOps environments and can own quality with confidence.

  • Verify all software functions as intended with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Create, maintain, and execute test plans and cases across new and existing game content, tools, and platforms.
  • Document and track issues using bug tracking software from discovery through resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to identify potential quality risks early.
  • Reproduce and isolate complex issues to support engineering resolution efforts.
  • Generate clear and concise QA documentation, reports, and feedback summaries.
  • Identify gaps in test coverage and proactively suggest process improvements.
  • Own the quality of assigned areas - functionality, usability, and player experience.
Key Responsibilities:LiveOps QA Duties:
  • Ensure quality and stability of live operations deliveries across mobile and web platforms.
  • Collaborate with Product and Config teams to understand testing requirements and priorities.
  • Test configured Live Events before and after deployment, covering economy setups, asset triggers, segmentation logic, and campaign flows.
  • Validate integrated assets and bundles in Unity across relevant branches.
  • Triage live issues requiring dev fixes.
  • Release candidates (server/client/admin code).
  • Monitor and test live issue resolutions, hotfixes, and deployment-ready changes.
  • Perform calendar-based validations, including weekends and holidays, as part of on-call support.
Feature QA Responsibilities:
  • Ensure quality delivery of new features, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Participate in Feature Sprint Cycles and track progress via test planning and execution.
  • Write and maintain Test Plans and Cases in Xray.
  • Execute tests across environments: Dev, Stage, Prod, Hotfix.
  • Validate feature branches and conduct bug research.
  • Log and triage bugs, including those from stakeholder feedback.
  • Own test cycles for critical issues, QA sign-offs, and build readiness checks.
  • Support automation:
  • Build/extend test automation tools and scripts.
  • Contribute to admin tool validation & enhancements.
  • Optimize regression cycles with automated coverage tracking.
