
Franchise Development Manager

We're seeking an experienced Franchise Development Manager to drive business growth and expansion across multiple markets.
About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential cities and territories for franchise development, scouting new opportunities, and executing end-to-end meetings and presentations with prospective partners. Your primary goal is to negotiate agreements and ensure smooth onboarding processes, ultimately driving revenue growth and meeting aggressive sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Identification & Strategy: Collaborate with Regional Managers to identify untapped markets for franchise expansion and develop comprehensive strategies for entry.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Utilize your expertise to source and qualify high-quality franchise prospects, leveraging your negotiation skills to secure partnerships.
- Partner Engagement & Conversion: Develop and execute compelling pitches, negotiating agreements that meet both parties' needs and setting the stage for successful onboarding.
- Onboarding & Store Launch Support: Provide dedicated support to new partners, guiding them through the franchise agreement, financial formalities, and store setup requirements.
- Performance & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of performance metrics, collaborating with Regional Heads to align area-level execution with regional expansion goals.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing (MBA Preferred): A solid foundation in business principles and marketing strategy is essential for this role.
- 6-8 Years of Experience in Business Development, Franchise Acquisition, or Channel Sales: Proven track record in similar roles, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
- Proven Track Record of Partner Onboarding & Achieving Aggressive Sales Targets: Demonstrated ability to succeed in fast-paced environments, meeting ambitious sales targets while delivering exceptional results.
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, & Presentation Skills: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- High Willingness to Travel Extensively Across Assigned Markets: Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently, with a strong ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
