Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic transformation engagements across industries, helping clients unlock growth, optimize operations, and drive data-backed decision-making.
  • Drive growth strategy and transformation, revenue enhancement, operating model design, and business planning.
  • Client management and engagement delivery.
  • Build and sustain CXO-level relationships across Automobile sector and diversified sectors.
  • Lead large-scale transformation programs focused on customer excellence, GTM/RTM strategy, and enterprise sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Independent client management and relationship building.
  • Business acumen, with analytical bent of mind to recognize industry trends.
  • Project delivery, ability to lead teams, manage team member outputs, and ensure consistent project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client management and relationship building.
  • Able to define a logical storyboard and structure to present findings/recommendations to clients.

Proven track record in leading transformation programs in Automobile Sector.

MBA/PGDM from a premier institute is preferred.
