Job Title: Adobe Campaign Manager

  • Multipurpose campaigns are created using various channels such as Email, SMS, Push, Direct Mail, and In-App.
  • Data-driven customer lists are built using behavioral, transactional, and demographic information.
  • Audience suppression, seed lists, and opt-in/opt-out compliance must be ensured.
  • Personalization blocks, dynamic content, and message templates are configured for each campaign.
  • Email templates are crafted with creativity teams to ensure responsiveness and personalization.
  • Campaign performance monitoring includes delivery rates, open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.
  • A/B testing and optimization insights are provided to stakeholders.
