Job Opportunity

The Regional Operations Director is responsible for overseeing and implementing strategic plans to improve the performance, efficiency, and reach of educational centers within the zone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to drive zonal sales growth and optimize center productivity.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and achieve zonal targets, stay informed about market trends, and identify new opportunities.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensure seamless execution, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction across centers.
  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and drive consistency across all centers.
  • Drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed revenue goals, design and execute zonal marketing campaigns, and promote enrollments.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, schools, and local communities.
  • Lead, train, and manage center heads and their teams, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide coaching for growth.
  • Maintain a culture of collaboration, motivation, and continuous professional development.
  • Manage zonal budgets effectively, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-saving initiatives where required.
  • Track center-wise performance metrics, align resources for optimal utilization, and prepare reports on operational performance and sales achievements.
Reporting Requirements:
  • Submit regular reports to senior management, act as a communication bridge between corporate/regional offices and center teams.
  • Represent the company at relevant events, conferences, and meetings within the zone.
