Campaign Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campaign Manager to join our team in Kuwait.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom sector campaign management, particularly with postpaid/prepaid customers. They will be responsible for designing and executing end-to-end campaign and customer lifecycle activities for these segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement campaign strategies to enhance customer engagement and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, convert them into technical specifications, and write user stories.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure successful product implementation and conduct regular system audits to propose improvements.
  • Coordinate the resolution of issues and technical problems during implementation and analyze complex datasets to extract insights.
  • Write complex SQL scripts for data extraction and reporting and develop and execute test scenarios with clients.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in telecom sector campaign management, particularly with postpaid/prepaid customers.
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of business & technical analysis experience with strong organizational skills.
  3. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  4. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and reporting.
  5. Experience translating business needs into technical specifications and user stories.
  6. Ability to write and execute test scenarios with clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Campaign, CRM, or other customer-facing areas.
  • Proven telecom sector background.
  • Knowledge of Arabic - preferred but not required.
  • Currently living in Kuwait or willing to relocate.

Benefits:

  • Familiarity with Unix/Linux commands.
  • Proficiency with databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MSSQL).
  • Ability to read logs and work with JSON/SOAP API integrations.
  • Experience creating C-Level reports.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools.
