About the Role

This senior leadership position requires a seasoned professional with at least 8 years of experience in Sales, SDR & Marketing operations. The successful candidate will lead and optimize our SDR & Marketing Operations function, driving operational excellence and ensuring the success of Sales, SDR, and Demand Generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & SDR Operations: Manage Sales & SDR processes, leveraging Salesforce, Outreach, and Power BI visualizations to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Automation: Focus on automating Sales, SDR, and Marketing processes, including lead management and campaign execution.
  • Demand Generation Operations: Execute strategies to increase inbound and outbound efficiency.
  • MarTech: Own tools like Outreach, integrating them with Salesforce and other associated tools for streamlined operations.
  • Salesforce Reporting: Generate insights through detailed dashboards and performance analytics.
  • Outreach Campaigns & Reporting: Oversee campaign requests, ensuring timely execution and real-time reporting.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing operations team.
