Job Overview:

Vsure Investment Affairs Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and lead the sales for our Virtual CFO-CXO services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and sales, with a deep understanding of managing sales pipelines, client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

We are a fast-growing Virtual CFO and Accounting Outsourcing firm, helping businesses streamline their financial operations, drive growth, and secure funding. We provide strategic financial expertise to startups, SMEs, and growing enterprises, acting as their trusted financial partner.

We are looking for a Sales Manager  who will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling meetings with promoters or senior decision-makers, and ensuring successful conversions for our Virtual CFO services. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial services, excellent communication skills, and a result-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and other sales channels.
  • Prospecting & Outreach: Connect with promoters, CXOs, and senior management of SMEs, startups, and mid-sized companies to present our Virtual CFO offerings.
  • Appointment Setting: Fix appointments with key decision-makers to enable direct discussions with our expert team.
  • Sales Pitch & Follow-Ups: Educate prospects on the value of Virtual CFO services, handle initial queries, and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • CRM Management: Maintain an updated database of leads, track conversations, and follow up consistently.
  • Market Research: Identify industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential opportunities to position our services effectively.
  • Attending events: Search for upcoming conferences, seminars, and networking events for startups and mid-sized companies where we can pitch our services and acquire new clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in financial services, consulting, or SaaS.
  •  Strong understanding of financial services and business operations.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to engage with C-level executives and business owners.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and sales automation techniques.
