Job Description:

We are seeking a highly articulate and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional support and service to our international customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Actively listen to customer inquiries, understand their needs, and provide accurate and comprehensive solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Educate customers on products, services, and processes as required.
  • Strive to achieve first-call resolution whenever possible, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
