About this dynamic Financial Management role, you will drive financial discipline, compliance, and process excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Reporting:

Develop accurate and timely financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards to inform strategic decisions.

Partner with business teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Implement and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and processes to ensure compliance.

Controllership & Compliance:

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of a strong risk management framework to mitigate potential risks.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and coordinate with auditors for smooth audits and reviews.

Process Excellence & Governance:

Drive automation and digitization of financial processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Monitor cash flows, working capital, and financial risk management to ensure optimal financial performance.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.

Manage relationships with external stakeholders (banks, auditors, consultants, regulators).

Qualifications & Skills

Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA or MBA with 1–8 years of post-qualification experience.

Strong background in controllership, accounting, compliance, and reporting.

Experience in a fast-paced/startup/EdTech environment preferred.

Expertise in financial systems, ERP, and automation tools.

Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
