Customer Support Associate Role

The primary objective of this role is to provide top-notch customer service, ensuring that clients receive efficient and effective support.

  • Under the guidance of a supervisor or manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities with customers.
  • They will collect necessary documents from clients and verify them against organizational norms.
  • The individual will log cases in the system as per standard operating procedures (SOPs) and follow the process for disbursement.
  • Meeting sanction ratios as per organizational requirements is crucial for success in this position.
  • Cross-selling multiple products to meet customer needs under the guidance of a supervisor or manager is an essential aspect of this role.
  • The candidate will work closely with managers and supervisors to empanel new vendors and establish relationships with them.
  • Compliance with all audit and RBI regulations is vital for the success of this role.
  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues efficiently.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities with customers.
  • Collect and verify client documents according to organizational standards.
