Job Title: Technical Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Liaison Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in guiding customers through the entire process of their residential apartment community, from booking to flat handover.

The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer concerns, assisting with tile selection, and conducting final inspections to ensure high-quality finishes. They will also manage car parking space allocation, handle the issuance of NOCs for interiors, and resolve identified issues. In this role, you will ensure a smooth transition and build strong relationships with customers, reflecting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the residential apartment community lifecycle.
  • Manage customer expectations and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and advocacy.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in residential apartment community construction, customer service, and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
