Construction Liaison Officer

A Construction Liaison Officer facilitates communication and collaboration between different parties involved in a construction project, such as the client, project team, government bodies, and community stakeholders. They ensure smooth project flow by managing approvals, permits, and licenses, and acting as a primary point of contact for various parties.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Managing Approvals and Permits**: Obtain necessary approvals, permits, and licenses from government bodies and other relevant authorities, including BBMP, BDA, and the Tashildar.
- **Liaising with Stakeholders**: Establish and maintain effective communication with local implementation partners, community leaders, and other stakeholders.
- **Ensuring Compliance**: Ensure the project adheres to all relevant regulations and laws.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Address and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise between different parties.
- **Project Information**: Provide project updates and relevant information to all stakeholders.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of all communication, approvals, and relevant documents.
- **Coordination**: Coordinate efforts between different teams and departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Communication**: Facilitate clear and transparent communication between all parties involved in the project.
