We are seeking a dedicated Liaisoning Executive with real estate experience to manage regulatory and stakeholder coordination for our projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with government authorities (e.g., HMDA, RERA, GHMC) to obtain necessary permits and approvals for residential projects.
- Liaise with local bodies, legal teams, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with real estate regulations.
- Prepare and submit documentation for project clearances, land acquisitions, and building permissions.
- Maintain records of all liaisoning activities and provide updates to project managers.
- Resolve regulatory issues and expedite approval processes to meet project timelines.
- Support site teams by addressing administrative and compliance-related queries.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of liaisoning experience in real estate companies, preferably in residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of Hyderabad’s real estate regulations (e.g., RERA, HMDA, GHMC).
- Based in Hyderabad
- Immediate availability to join
