Real Estate liaisoning Executive

We are looking for a Real estate liasoning executive, he will execute the process of navigating government and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary approvals and permits for property development projects. real estate liaison executive has to act as an intermediary, managing documentation and communication to ensure a project complies with all local, state, and central government laws, which facilitates smooth and timely progress from land conversion to final occupancy.

Key roles and responsibilities

  • Obtaining approvals: Securing permits and clearances from various government departments and statutory bodies like municipal corporations, fire departments, and pollution control boards etc.
  • Managing documentation: Handling all paperwork related to land conversion, plan sanction, and property registration.
  • Ensuring compliance: Making sure all project activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Building relationships: Maintaining strong, professional relationships with government officials to ensure smooth processing of applications.
  • Tracking progress: Monitoring the status of applications and providing updates to management on the progress of approvals.
  • Providing support: Assisting other teams, such as legal and project management, with compliance-related tasks.

Activities involved

  • Land conversion and usage change approvals.
  • Building plan and layout approvals.
  • Obtaining No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from various agencies, such as the fire department, water supply board, and airport authority, etc.
  • Scrutinizing property documents and conducting due diligence.
  • Coordinating with government bodies on community development initiatives.

Qualification: Any Graduate

Salary: Per month
