**Location**: Lansum & MK Realty Hi-Rise Project in Puppalguda, Financial District
**Role Summary**
The Legal Documentation & Liaisoning Executive will be responsible for managing all legal documentation processes and liaising with various government authorities to obtain necessary approvals for real estate projects. This role ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations, facilitating smooth execution of projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Legal Documentation**:
- Draft and review legal documents including sale deeds, lease agreements, MoUs, and other property-related contracts.
- Ensure all documents comply with legal standards and company policies.
- Maintain organized records of all legal documents, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval.
**Liaisoning Activities**:
- Coordinate with government bodies such as RERA, municipal corporations, and other regulatory authorities to obtain necessary project approvals.
**Compliance Management**:
- Ensure all real estate projects comply with applicable laws, regulations, and local ordinances.
- Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and incorporate necessary adjustments into documentation and processes.
**Stakeholder Communication**:
- Liaise with internal departments, legal counsel, and external agencies to facilitate smooth documentation and approval processes.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Any Bachelor’s degree (LLB is advantageous).
- 3-5 years of experience in legal documentation and liaisoning within the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of property laws, real estate transactions, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to real estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
