About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Staffing Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team at Ancile Inc. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness for our IT staffing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage top talent for bench positions within the organization.
  • Manage the end-to-end bench sales cycle from sourcing to placement.
  • Collaborate with sales and recruitment teams to understand client requirements and effectively match candidates to open bench positions.
  • Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions with vendors and consultants.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to enhance bench sales opportunities.
  • Manage consultants on bench status, including documentation, follow-ups, and remarketing.
  • Responsible for promoting our own H1B and EAD consultants using an internal database, personal contacts, vendor partnerships, publishing their profiles on different online job sites, referrals, and internet groups.
  • Apply for jobs in multiple job portals, such as Dice, Monster, Career Builder, and TechFetch, on behalf of our consultants.
  • Extensive follow-up with vendors, extending offers, and managing the offer process.
  • Call preferred vendors to find out if they have any contract openings for our technical consultants.
  • Ensure that all new Junior Marketing staff members are provided with the training and resources needed to be successful in their positions.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in one or more of the following (or related) fields: US IT staffing sales/account management, business development, inside/outside sales.
  • Willing to work as per US timings (6:00 p.m. IST - 2:00 a.m. IST).
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific products, services, and solutions.
  • Should be proficient in MS Office and other tools to record all day-to-day work, maintain it, and report to senior management with the relevant data.
