We are seeking highly motivated Admission Counsellors to join our team in Bengaluru. As an Admission Counsellor, you will be responsible for connecting with potential learners, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward suitable programs. You will also counsel students to identify their needs and recommend relevant programs.

Your success in this role will depend on your ability to convert leads into enrollments by showcasing course value and building strong relationships with clients. To excel in this position, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree from any field
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, academic counselling, or inside sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong convincing and problem-solving abilities
  • High levels of initiative, ownership, and goal orientation
