Job Title: Career Progression Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and activating advisors, ensuring their productivity is maintained, and establishing business relationships to facilitate work activities. You will conduct regular meetings with reporting agents to evaluate their performance and advise them on career progression.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in insurance sales and a graduate degree. They will be expected to generate revenue, acquire new customers, and comply with company policies and procedures.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and Activate Advisors - Identify and hire talented individuals to join our team.
  • Maintain Advisor Productivity - Ensure that activated advisors meet their monthly targets and achieve their full potential.
  • Establish Business Relationships - Develop strong interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Evaluate Agent Performance - Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
  • Generate Revenue - Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships.
  • Comply with Company Policies - Adhere to all company guidelines and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
