
Solar Sales Expert

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Solar Sales Expert.
This role involves identifying prospective customers, leading them through the sales process, and closing deals. You will work closely with existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of solar project engineering, procurement, and construction processes, as well as experience in CRM software.
You will be responsible for achieving order booking targets while maintaining margins as per agreed business plans.
In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify prospective customers and lead generation
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
- Negotiate prices and terms
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers
- Achieve Order Booking Targets with required Margins as per agreed Business Plan
- Review competition analysis and prepare counter strategies for winning
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 4-5 years' Experience in Sales of Solar Power Plant in Private Sector
- Proficient knowledge of Solar project engineering, procurement, and construction processes/procedures
- Proficient in use of CRM software
