Job Title: Field Sales Engineer - Solar
Location: Okhla Industrial Area Phase -2, New Delhi 110020

Key Responsibilities:
**Lead Generation**:Identify and approach potential customers to promote solar products and solutions. Customer Engagement: Meet with customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable solutions.
**Technical Consultation**:Explain solar system benefits, feasibility, and installation process. Negotiation & Closing Deals: Work towards achieving sales targets through effective negotiation.
**Market Research**:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Field Visits: Travel to client locations, conduct site inspections, and provide on-ground support.
**Reporting & Documentation**:Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM systems, and report progress to the management.

**Requirements**: Education: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (EE) is required.
**Experience: Freshers or**1-2 years of experience in sales. Skills: Excellent communication, customer interaction, and problem-solving skills.
**Mindset**:Smart, proactive, and eager to learn.
**Mobility: A bike is required for field visits.**
Preferred: Basic knowledge of solar technology and industry trends is a plus.
