Product Leadership Role

The ideal candidate will own the product roadmap and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver product features that meet business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch iterations\
  • Planning and executing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for product/feature rollouts\
  • Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and gathering customer insights\
  • Translating business needs into clear product requirements and user stories\
  • Effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders\
  • Tracking product KPIs and making data-informed decisions to improve product performance\
  • Maintaining high accountability, timely delivery, and continuous improvement\
  • Ensuring seamless stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration\
  • Fostering a culture of ownership and driving products from idea to execution\
  • Developing hands-on experience in GTM planning and execution\
  • Applying Agile/Scrum methodologies\
  • Utilizing excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills\
  • Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and basic product analytics tools\
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, ideally in a fintech or product-led company\
  • Strong understanding of stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration\
  • Demonstrated ownership in driving products from idea to execution\
  • Hands-on experience in GTM planning and execution\
  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies\
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills\
  • Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and basic product analytics tools\
