Job Title

We are seeking a talented Sales Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new customer relationships and work closely with existing customers and distributors in the allocated area.
  • Manage and support local projects and customer requirements by identifying their needs.
  • Use market knowledge and insights to actively seek new opportunities.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement efficient working methods.
  • Build experience and contact with local customers and distributors.
  • Have a passion for fragrances and be able to recognize olfactory notes, taste profiles of fragrances.
  • Be willing to learn from successes and failures to continuously improve.
  • Work effectively as a team player with a positive attitude and collaborative mindset.
  • Travel around and relocate if required.
  • Manage challenging deadlines and heavy workloads.
  • Communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and the local language.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of sales or marketing experience in the fragrance industry.
