Job Description:

  • Engage at the Highest Levels: Represent the organization in global industry forums, executive discussions, and customer boardroom meetings, shaping perspectives on autonomous networks.
  • Cultivate World-Class Teams: Attract, mentor, and empower high-performing technical and delivery teams across geographies. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
  • Collaborate Globally: Partner with senior executives, technology leaders, and ecosystem partners to design and implement transformative solutions at scale.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven Expertise: Demonstrated experience in network automation, AI/ML-driven operations, OSS/BSS transformation, 5G/edge, and cloud-native solutions.
  • Transformational Leadership: Proven track record of success leading global transformation programs for Communication Service Providers (CSPs) and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), from vision to large-scale execution.
  • Executive Presence: Ability to engage senior stakeholders, build trusted relationships, and navigate complex global organizations.
  • Business Acumen: Strong ability to balance technology leadership with business growth outcomes.
  • Educational Background: Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; executive leadership certifications a plus.
