Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead a team of Customer Service Professionals in achieving business objectives for service function excellence. This involves driving results through effective leadership and strategy execution.

  • Responsible for service revenues from the given area
  • Provide leadership to Supervisors and stakeholders to achieve business targets
  • Set annual business targets and conduct periodical reviews to ensure achievement
  • Drive field operations excellence through supervisors
  • Maintain job sites in various locations as per SLA with customers
  • Techno-Commercial activities for 2000+ units
  • Annual manpower planning and enhance field productivity
  • Sub-con management and development support field operations
  • Cordial relations with builders, owners, architects
  • Coach internal talents for higher responsibilities
  • Drive service transformation initiatives
  • Weekly monthly review forecast vs actuals Commercial parameters
  • Visit job sites, maintain CRM provide day-to-day updates Zonal Head Finance
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: BE in Engineering MBA

Experience: 10-15 years handling service Elevator industry

Skills: Excellent Communication Interpersonal skills

Personal Qualities: Assertive Proactive Result-oriented Self-starter
