About the Job:

We are looking for a Sales Director - Performance Driven to join our team in Chennai. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to enhance performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance.
  • Analyze sales metrics and generate reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Prepare and manage sales budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address client inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and data analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Location: Chennai

Salary: ₹ 12,00,000 - ₹ 18,00,000 per annum
