Job Overview

We are seeking an Associate Director to lead a search strategy that will attract world-class Managerial & technical contributors.

  • The ideal candidate will partner and collaborate with executive recruiters to build intellectual capital and keep up-to-date with key market trends and competitive intelligence.

This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to engage with senior-level executives in a polished and professional manner.

  • The Associate Director will provide strategic guidance to executive leadership in matters related to top technical talent.
  • They will deliver high-impact search recruitment research and talent mappings in key tech areas in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will have 14+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience with a focus on passive engineering candidate generation in a high tech market.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a multi-channel search strategy to attract top talent.
  • Partner with executive recruiters to build intellectual capital and stay up-to-date with market trends.
  • Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership on top technical talent.
  • Deliver high-impact search recruitment research and talent mappings.
  • Cultivate and nurture talent pools through events, campaigns, and touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will be able to learn new tech and product domains quickly and understand how to craft effective search strategies within those domains.

Key Qualifications
  • Progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience with a focus on passive engineering candidate generation in a high tech market.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
