The primary purpose of this role is to lead and execute marketing strategies for a specific region, ensuring that they align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing regional marketing plans, including budget allocation and resource management">
  • Providing strategic insights to inform marketing decisions, using data from market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, and campaign results">
  • Collaborating with regional business teams to identify opportunities and develop marketing strategies for new and existing products">
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels and efforts">
  • Planning and executing ATL and BTL promotional campaigns, as well as managing social media and display advertising">

Other key aspects of this role include:

  • Interacting with stakeholders such as marketing vendors, event organizers, and institutional management to ensure successful marketing campaigns">
  • Coordinating with the corporate digital marketing team to ensure regional interactions on the digital front">
  • Developing a media relations strategy and securing high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media">
  • Building capability and awareness among branch managers, regional sales heads, and vendors regarding regional marketing initiatives and market segments">
