Requirements

The Regional Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to the regional market. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and driving brand awareness to achieve business objectives.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, experience in marketing, preferably in a regional or territory-focused role.

2. Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.

3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Strategy Development: Develop and implement regional marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products and services.

Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events).

Budget Management: Manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance and market data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers to enhance brand loyalty.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, presenting findings to management.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
