Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Quality Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting source inspections at supplier facilities, preparing relevant reports, and ensuring product conformity to technical specifications.

As a Senior Quality Inspector, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest level of quality standards are met. You will also be responsible for training and supporting junior inspectors to develop their skills and expertise.

Key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Performing inspections at supplier premises to determine product conformity to purchase orders, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Preparing and reviewing inspection reports, including documentation of non-conformances and corrective actions.
  • Liaising with suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns related to product quality.
  • Providing support and guidance to junior inspectors to develop their skills and expertise.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 8 years of experience in source inspection of valve and piping components. You should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred qualifications include ASNT, CSWIP, and NACE certifications.
