Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Home Inspector based in Gurugram. The Home Inspector will be responsible for conducting property inspections, assessing the condition of various building components, and providing detailed reports. Daily tasks include inspecting residential and commercial properties, identifying potential issues, and delivering excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves contributing to new business development by building and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Property Inspections and Inspection processes
- Experience in Property Management
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Capability in New Business Development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant certifications or licenses in home inspection are a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
