Key Accounts Manager Role Overview

This challenging position requires strong negotiation and contract closure skills, as well as excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Win new customers through effective meeting, negotiation, and closing contracts for presence and availability in restaurant segments
  • Manage the head office of chains and different stakeholders
  • Manage existing customers in the travel segment
  • Activate national activation calendars and align cross-functional collaboration for big event partnerships
  • Implement national activation calendars and increase consumption activation
  • Run activation programs for account staff and motivate and engage them with industry games
  • Coordinate with local teams and execute contract elements at the outlet level
  • Ensure regular checks and discuss deviations with key account chains
  • Invite key stakeholders to local/national events
Requirements
  • Graduate degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in the relevant segment/KAM
  • 8-10 years overall sales experience
  • Negotiation skills
  • Contract closure and implementation
  • Cross-department collaborative working
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Basic knowledge of profit and loss statements
