Business Growth Strategist

The Business Growth Strategist plays a crucial role in driving business success by identifying and securing new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop winning strategies to capture new business.
  • Scan markets to identify potential opportunities and evaluate their feasibility.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare for upcoming procurements.
  • Qualify RFIs and RFPs, and drive the proposal process from development to submission.
  • Create compelling content leveraging industry knowledge.
  • Conduct after-action reviews and document lessons learned to refine growth techniques.
Requirements:
  • Business growth experience in Federal or State procurements.
  • Proven track record of winning proposals in the Public Sector.
  • Demonstrated writing skills to create clear, logical, and persuasive documents.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills with understanding of cost and financials.
  • Knowledge of GSA and other Federal Schedules.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. English, Journalism, Communications).
