Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to lead our data science team and drive business growth through actionable insights.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the data science team, planning projects, and building advanced analytics models. You should have a strong problem-solving ability, a knack for statistical analysis, and excellent communication skills.

The ultimate goal is to help improve our AI services by making the most out of our client's data. This involves identifying, developing, and implementing appropriate statistical techniques, algorithms, and deep learning/Machine Learning models to create new, scalable solutions addressing business challenges across industry domains.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative data-driven solutions to address complex business problems.
  • Define, develop, maintain, and evolve data models, tools, and capabilities.
  • Communicate findings to diverse stakeholders through visualizations and clear, concise insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven recommendations into business strategies.
  • Provide solutions for object detection/image recognition, natural language processing, sentiment analysis, topic modeling, concept extraction, recommender systems, text classification, clustering, customer segmentation/targeting, propensity modeling, churn modeling, lifetime value estimation, forecasting, and marketing mix optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/ Master's/ PhD degree in Math, Computer Science, Information Systems, Machine Learning, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related technical degree.
  • 6+ years of total experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related position as a data scientist or business analyst.
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
  • Programming background and expertise in building models using at least one of the following languages: Python, R, C, C++.
