Healthcare Data Insights Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our patient analytics efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to provide strategic insights and inform business decisions.

Your expertise in healthcare data analysis, combined with your ability to communicate complex ideas simply, will enable you to drive business outcomes and foster long-term partnerships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business strategy.
  • Develop and maintain complex data models and algorithms to support predictive analytics.
  • Leverage industry-leading tools and technologies to create interactive visualizations and dashboards that facilitate stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet client needs.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, or Healthcare Administration).
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in healthcare data analysis, with a strong focus on patient analytics and claims data.
  • Expertise in advanced analytics tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, R, Python, SQL).
  • Demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
