The role reports to the Group Head Talent, Learning, and Organization Development (OD) and is based in Thane. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for designing and deploying key talent and learning practices across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing the talent philosophy for the Group
- Identifying talent cohorts across bands through performance and assessment methodology
- Onboarding learning partners to bridge skill gaps
- Closely monitoring and tracking learning transfer, implementation, and action learning projects
- Strengthening succession cover for critical roles in different Group companies
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Strong HR domain knowledge
- Ability to define and strengthen functional skills for various roles
- Stakeholder management skills
- Dealing with ambiguity and pressure
- Result-oriented mindset
You should ideally have 10-11 years of related experience post-qualification (e.g., PDGBM, MBA).
Hogan certification is desirable but not mandatory.
