
HR Operations Specialist

As a specialist in human resources operations, this role involves managing various administrative tasks related to employees.
Initiate thorough background checks, reference verifications, and necessary documentation prior to extending job offers.
Conduct welcome calls for new hires on their first day, ensuring the provision of essential assets and support.
Provide assistance in setting up email accounts and facilitate a seamless onboarding process.
Manage an employee relations helpdesk, addressing queries related to HR systems, policies, attendance, leave, and other HR matters.
Prepare and issue various employee-related documents such as offer letters and appointment letters.
Coordinate training programs for employees in collaboration with the HR Head.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and generate reports related to employee information, resignations, and other HR activities.
Manage attendance records, leave applications, and other employee-related administrative tasks efficiently.
Resolve HR system queries promptly.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR operations and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
