Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Navi Mumbai (Onsite Role)
About the Opportunity:
We are a fast-growing agency seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our dynamic team and support our expanding workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Coordinate and execute the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
- Assist in performance management processes, including setting KPIs, conducting appraisals, and providing guidance on employee development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Address employee queries regarding compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, training programs, and performance incentives.
- Handle employee grievances, conduct investigations, and provide recommendations for resolutions.
- Contribute to strategic HR projects, such as workforce planning, diversity & inclusion programs, and organizational development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Managerial role.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR issues.
