We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a full-time Customer Advocate Trainee. As a Customer Advocate Trainee, you will be responsible for developing client relationships with top companies in India.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Developing strong relationships with clients across the country
- Articulating value proposition of AccuKnox Cloud Security
- Working closely with sales development representatives to generate qualified leads
- Qualifying opportunities using established sales criteria and methodology
- Coordinating demos, responses to requests for proposal, and proof-of-concepts with solution engineers
- Regularly updating Salesforce CRM
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following key qualities:
- Detailed enterprise/B2B sales experience (2-5 years)
- Experience in cloud and cybersecurity product sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with email marketing, LinkedIn marketing, Zoom, Google Video, and Microsoft Teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science and/or MBA preferred
We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, ability to overcome objections, goal-oriented mindset, teamwork spirit, self-motivation, and a quick learning capacity. This is a full-time position that can be performed from anywhere in India. You will need to participate in regular video calls via Zoom, engage on Slack and WhatsApp during business hours, and extended business hours.
