DevOps Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps leader to spearhead our cloud-native development and infrastructure operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, as well as driving automation of infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute DevOps strategies to enhance scalability, availability, and automation across our infrastructure and application deployments.
    • Lead the implementation of monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure seamless operation.
    • Mentor and guide a team of DevOps engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align DevOps practices with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform and its core services.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar.
  • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
  • Solid knowledge of containerization and orchestration – Docker, Kubernetes (AKS preferred).
  • Familiarity with source control systems like Git and platforms like GitHub, Bitbucket, or Azure Repos.
  • Understanding of networking, security, and firewall configurations within cloud environments. Knowledge of scripting languages like Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in a collaborative DevOps culture. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage risk and identify critical dependencies.
