
Business Growth Director

We are seeking a results-driven leader to oversee and drive business growth within our life insurance agency channel. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can provide clear direction to a team, ensuring sales targets are met and a healthy distribution base is maintained.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Provide strong leadership by effectively communicating the company's vision and objectives. Offer direct support to team members with expertise in channel operations, product knowledge, and strategic market advice.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and develop personalized development plans.
- Sales & Team Performance: Maximize sales productivity and achieve monthly and annual targets. This includes daily leadership, motivating the team, and monitoring progress. Ensure high-quality agency management and optimize the sales process from lead generation to business conversion.
- Talent Acquisition: Identify and recruit top financial consultants from the market and develop them into business leaders to expand the distribution network.
- Education: A graduate degree is mandatory.
- Experience: Proven experience in the insurance industry (agency or direct channel), with a strong background in team-handling roles.
- Skills: Must have a strong track record of success and stability.
- Communication: Proficiency in English and the local language is required.
