Job Description:

As a Front Office Manager at Accor, you will be responsible for the overall management of the front desk, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient hotel operations. Your key responsibilities include:

Front Office Planning: Develop and implement occupancy plans, anticipate sales opportunities, and conduct regular audits to maintain high standards of maintenance and repair.
People Management: Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional guest service, coordinate with other departments, and ensure seamless communication and cooperation.
Financial Management: Review guest accounts, prepare budgets, and manage cash handling to maintain financial integrity and control.
Operational Management: Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, maintain high standards of room cleanliness, and ensure maximum room occupancy within agreed policies.
