- Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest's stay, identifying opportunities to upsell and exceed expectations.
- Maintain high standards of customer service at the Reception desk, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the Front Office Department, ensuring the smooth running of the hotel.
