Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Data Governance Manager to lead and manage our organization's IT governance strategy, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and enabling continuous improvement across IT functions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead IT Governance Frameworks: Manage and implement IT governance frameworks and operations in alignment with COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 20000 standards.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and monitor IT policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Oversee policy development, compliance tracking, and IT service management continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordination and Collaboration: Coordinate IT risk assessments, audit readiness activities, and regulatory reporting.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, auditors, and regulators to ensure IT processes support organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in IT Governance, ITSM, Compliance, or Risk Management roles.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 20000 frameworks.
  • Proven track record of policy development, audit readiness, and governance program execution.
  • Excellent understanding of IT risk management, regulatory compliance, and audit processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as COBIT, ITIL Expert, ISO 20000, CISA, or CGEIT are highly desirable.
