Job Summary:

We seek an experienced data professional with AWS cloud services and Databricks expertise to design scalable, high-performance data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data pipelines using AWS and Databricks.
  • Build and optimize ETL processes for structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Leverage Databricks for advanced analytics and machine learning workloads.
  • Collaborate on reliable and scalable data platforms.
  • Implement data governance, quality checks, and monitoring frameworks.
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness of data solutions.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in data engineering.
  • Strong AWS expertise (S3, Redshift, Glue, EMR, Athena, Lambda, Kinesis).
  • Databricks expertise (PySpark, Delta Lake, ML pipelines).
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data transformation.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing and big data frameworks.
  • Workflow orchestration tools experience (Airflow, Step Functions).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with MLOps/ML integration within Databricks.
  • Real-time/streaming data experience (Kafka, Spark Streaming).
  • Infrastructure as code knowledge (Terraform/CloudFormation).
  • Exposure to data security, compliance, and governance practices.
