Job Title: Data Insights Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data from various sources and preparing comprehensive reports on campaign and customer lifecycle activities and performances.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating reports using reporting tools and conducting analyses of postpaid and prepaid customers.
  • Producing reports that directly impact the customer lifecycle, such as KPIs and ROI, to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Building regular dashboards and publishing performance summaries.
  • Measuring campaign performance using metrics such as customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth for both postpaid and prepaid segments.
  • Using data analytics to understand customer segments, behaviors, and preferences.
  • Providing recommendations to improve customer experience and develop campaign strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications sector, preferably related to the customer lifecycle and/or Business Intelligence.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in analytical reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's or MBA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with data analysis tools, particularly SQL, Excel, and big data queries.
  • Ability to manage large datasets while maintaining data integrity.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of campaign metrics, customer lifecycle management, and campaign performance concepts.
  • Proficiency in English.
