Job Title: Operations Intern

This role is a key contributor to ensuring a seamless experience for our users during the post-booking process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish connections with users after booking to verify details and guide them through subsequent steps.
  • Share and update yatra itineraries, providing assistance with any changes or clarifications as needed.
  • Facilitate customers' redemption of coupons or discounts and resolve related inquiries.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for customers, guaranteeing a smooth journey from start to finish.
  • Gather post-travel feedback to enhance future yatra experiences.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely communication and service delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in Hindi and English, an empathetic approach focused on user satisfaction, and basic knowledge of tools like Google Sheets and WhatsApp. This position requires full-time work at our Bangalore office for 3 months.
