About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day activities, maintain records, and support management in operational tasks. This role is ideal for an organized individual with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in data entry, documentation, and record keeping.
  • Maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports, databases, and assist in operational tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow and timely follow-ups.
  • Support in preparing quotations, invoices, and basic financial documentation.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Commerce or Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or data management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
