Telephony Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Telephony Systems Specialist to join our team. As a Telephony Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining integrated communication systems involving voice, video, data, and mobile applications.

This role requires strong technical expertise in IP networking, Cisco UC systems, and Webex products, including Webex Control Hub. Proficiency in troubleshooting, scripting, and API familiarity is also essential.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration among users. This includes developing Standard Operating Procedures and Knowledge Articles for support staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain collaborations system operation
  • Identify new use cases and implement new capabilities to increase overall productivity
  • Collaborate with UX/service-desk teams to ensure proactive communications and training
  • Optimize users' collaboration experience through computation and network enhancement
  • Develop the tool set and telemetry
Technical Qualifications:
  • Proficiency across the Webex suite of products, with emphasis on telephony function
  • Intermediate level of IP networking knowledge
  • Troubleshooting Cisco UC systems, including Webex Control Hub
  • Familiarity with tools such as Webex Tracer, Wireshark, and Fiddler
General Qualifications:

  • Outstanding communication and documentation abilities
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • CCNP Unified Communications certification
